Our Full Service Coordination offers you an all-inclusive package. We handle all the planning and execute your day from start to finish. With our Lead Coordinator by your side throughout the whole process, your wedding will reflect your unique vision with the attention to detail and a flawless execution. We believe your wedding is a celebration of love and it is truly important to us that you as a couple get to live in the moment as it all happens.
Service includes but is not limited to:
Unlimited consultations as required. Extensive and thorough budget development. Theme and concept development. Recommendation of vendors that fit your budget & style. Coordination of all vendors & assistance in contract negotiations. Discounts on vendors where possible. Detailed time line and itinerary coordination for the wedding & surrounding days, which will be distributed to vendors & all involved in your event. Attendance of the rehearsal if required. Vendor confirmations one week prior to wedding. Assistance with any preparations on the day of the wedding. Distributing payments/tips to vendors. Direction of recessional & processional. The removal or transfer of ceremony decor to reception. Check-ins to your hotel, if required. Ensuring all gifts are safely transferred to the location of your choice. MONTH OF COORDINATION
Our Month of Coordination is for our couples who took the reigns on the planning process but now want to step back and hand all remaining planning over to a professional. This allows couples the time to enjoy the last of their engagement without any added stress and workload, it allows you time to enjoy your family and friends.
Service can include but is not limited to:
Initial consultation with bride & groom. Two to three additional consultations as required in the month prior the wedding to finalize details. Development of itinerary for the wedding & surrounding days. Attendance of the rehearsal if required. Vendor confirmations one week prior to wedding. Assistance with any preparations on the day of the wedding. Distributing vendor payments. Help with last minute "to do" lists. Full management of the wedding ceremony and reception as required.
DESIGN SERVICES
Each couple has a vision for how they want their wedding to come together, every element of the planning process is surrounded by the look and feel you want. Our design package offers clients a fresh and modern approach. We start with assisting you in theme and concept development. From there we coordinate all design & decor elements, providing you with our ever changing list of inventory, along with sourcing those unique and one of kind items. A well designed concept leaves a lasting impression on guests and leaves you in awe seeing your vision come to life.
